Today we have another makeup sin to share with you all!
Only applying mascara underneath your lashes!
We know you may have heard that applying mascara on both sides of your lashes is a good idea, and although it may be a little uncomfortable to start off with, you are sure to love the lengthening results!
Not only will you add length and volume to your lashes by coating both sides, but this technique will also allow for you to experiment with colour.
So to create the blackest of black lashes or black with a hint of colour try applying mascara on top of your lashes as well as underneath them.
So how do you do this?
Well these three simple steps is all you’ll ever need to know.
Step 1: Wiggle the wand at the base of the lashes from left to right placing the comb nearest the roots to give the illusion of length.
Step 2: Pull the wand up and through the lashes and wiggle as you go to separates the lashes.
Step 3: The one step all of us tend to skip, is the application on top of the lashes, start by closing the eye and placing the mascara wand on top of lashes at the base and pull through to remove any clumps.
That’s it, simply add one extra little step to your mascara routine and it will make a world of difference to your lashes.
So don’t be afraid to apply mascara on top of your lashes and to mix mascaras as well as colours, so that you will have the most amazing densely curled and coloured lashes around.
