Well, today we are going to talk about the fact that we don’t eat enough of it.
Although, you have heard the eight glasses a day rule so many times, it turns out your body doesn’t retain as much of that water as you think.
So what’s the secret to retaining the fluid?
Well, it’s actually quite easy, the key is consuming foods that have large quantities of H2O.
With a little research you may be happy to hear that; cucumber, celery, star fruit, strawberries, grapefruit, cantaloupe and zucchini are among the highest water based fruit and veg on offer.
By consuming these foods, cells can more easily absorb the water as it is combined with other nutrients.
So as a general rule, start eating more fruits and vegetables, which have higher percentages of water.
Your body and skin will love you for it and showcase a luminous and moisturised texture.
